Johnson Refrigeration Systems

Designed for large and small businesses alike, Johnson has a complete line of refrigeration solutions to meet your specific product protection needs:

  • RouteMax™ - Clean and Green Refrigeration

RouteMax is a very reliable refrigeration system that has raised the industry bar when it comes to customer advantages. Powered by the truck’s electrical system and overnight plug-in, RouteMax provides extended route deliveries of 16-20 hours, reduced operating costs, fast temperature recovery, lower maintenance costs and environmentally clean operation. Offered in medium and low temperature product protection ranges.

  • Traditional Cold Plate Refrigeration

Eutectic Cold Plates are the most reliable refrigeration system available and have the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TOC). They are offered in medium temperature and low temperature product protection ranges.

Plate Blowers provide added protection and air movement, especially for medium temp applications.

  • Traditional Refrigeration Units

Mechanical Blower systems use a diesel engine to drive a refrigeration compressor, which circulates refrigerant through an evaporator unit coil. They are designed to accommodate various temperature control needs of medium and large truck bodies and trailers.

Finding the best refrigeration solution for your product protection application is what Johnson does best. We’ve been working with customers for 75+ years to design flexible refrigeration solutions to accommodate varied temperature needs. The following chart will be helpful in selecting the right system for your application.
