Johnson’s patented seamless fiberglass ArcticTherm® interior liner is a 1/8-in. thick cross-linked polyester thermoset fiberglass resin with a chopped fiberglass strand over ¼-in marine-grade plywood. The polyester resin used in the composite is in compliance with the 21 CFR 177.2420 section that deals with articles or components of articles intended for repeated use in contact with food. The resulting panel is exceptionally strong (2,200-psi puncture resistance) and features a bright white, smooth, seamless, easy to clean interior panel. (Photo)
